💡 Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed:

You will receive an instant confirmation email with your order and payment details.

You can also track the status of your order in your WegoSmile account dashboard.
In case the payment is debited but the order confirmation is not received within 15–30 minutes, please contact us immediately with the payment reference/transaction ID.
🔁 Refunds for Cancelled/Returned Orders
If you cancel your order or request a return (as per our Return Policy), and your payment was already processed:

The refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Refund time depends on your bank, but is usually completed within 5–7 business days.

For COD refunds, we will request your bank details to process a secure NEFT refund.
For any refund-related queries, our support team is just a message away.
❗ Failed Transactions
If your payment fails due to any reason (bank error, network issue, insufficient balance, etc.):

No amount will be charged to your account.

If the amount is debited but not reflected, it will be auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.

If reversal does not happen, contact your bank or write to us at support@wegosmile.in with proof of transaction.
