At WegoSmile, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations in quality, safety, and care. However, if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You received an item that was not what you ordered.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened beauty and personal care products unless the item is damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you.

In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, we may request you to ship the item to us. In such cases, shipping costs will be reimbursed as per our policy.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it:

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
Please note:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged/incorrect items.

Refunds may be delayed during festivals, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to get a replacement, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order after the refund is processed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

Opened or used products

Personal care tools (e.g., razors, brushes, etc.)

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
